Supporting Men and Folks Assigned Male at Birth
Some of my favorite work is with men and AMAB clients. Certain themes emerge again and again: learning to receive love; working with avoidant attachment patterns; untangling the effects of masculine socialization—especially the pressure to provide, perform, and prove one's worth; and exploring kink in ways that support authenticity, consent, and thriving relationships, whether monogamous or polyamorous.
Much of this work is about helping people move beyond the roles they've been taught to play and into relationships that feel more genuine, connected, and alive.
Somatic Sex Educators do not touch clients, but I can help you learn how to ask for the touch you want from a partner or trusted person. I also guide you in developing a deeper relationship with your own body—your sensations, emotions, erotic energy, and subtle awareness—so you can move toward greater authenticity, embodiment, and aliveness.
