Women's & Non-Binary Circles
Embodiment, relationships, sexuality, and the
transitions of midlife and menopause

What becomes possible when we stop living from inherited patterns and begin living from what is true?
We remember who we are in the company of one another. I offer and co-host circles, retreats, and ongoing practice groups that weave together embodiment, attachment, nervous system regulation, relationships, sexuality, and the larger cultural stories we've inherited. Some offerings are specifically centered on the perimenopausal and menopausal transitions; others are open to anyone drawn to this work. While each offering has its own focus, all are grounded in the same intention: creating a space where what is true can emerge.
New circles begin whenever there is sufficient interest. Please complete the interest survey below. As soon as enough folks are ready to begin, I'll reach out with dates and details.

Who These Offerings are For
These offerings are designed primarily for women and non-binary people who are drawn to exploring embodiment, relationships, sexuality, identity, and the stories that shape how we live. Some groups are specifically for people experiencing perimenopause or menopause, while others are not. When a group has a particular focus or eligibility, that will be clearly described in the offering.
